  • We do our best to respond to all inquiries within 24–72 business hours. Because GISK is a ministry-centered brand and many messages require prayerful consideration and intentional responses, some inquiries may take a little additional time. Thank you for your grace and patience with us.

  • Absolutely. One of the hearts behind GISK is creating space for honesty, encouragement, and reminding people they are not alone in what they are carrying. While we may not always have the capacity for extensive counseling or immediate follow-up, every prayer request is treated with care and covered in prayer.

  • We currently ship orders within 1–3 business days, with an overall turnaround time of approximately 3–5 business days depending on processing and shipping carrier timelines. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. If you have any concerns regarding your order status, feel free to reply to this email and we’ll gladly assist you.

  • At God Is So Kind & Co., every piece is created with intention, care, and purpose. Because of the nature of our products, all orders are currently final sale unless we made an error with your order.
